Jake’s Bio:
As a UC Adoption Specialist based out of Bellevue, Washington, Jake is dedicated to providing the best end user experience with Unified Communications to Unify2 customers. Prior to joining Unify2, Jake was a UC Adoption Specialist at Microsoft, focusing on onboarding C-level executives to Microsoft Lync™ and Enterprise Voice, as well as evaluating audio and video devices for use with Lync.
While at Microsoft, Jake provided hands-on education, support, and customized solutions to meet the needs of Microsoft’s top-level Executives and their staff. He also led the company’s devices evaluation process to select the worldwide UC devices standards and to ensure devices met the needs of various workforce roles and budgets. As part of that effort, Jake helped formulate many of the usage scenarios and features behind the products offered by several UC devices manufacturers today. Jake brings with him over 10 years of experience in Telecommunications and Unified Communications.
