Jit's Bio:
Jit Reddy specializes in UC designs and deployments, as well as managing UC Consulting teams. Prior to joining Unify2 Jit had accumulated 6.5 years of solid experience and knowledge working for IBM, Microsoft and Goldman Sachs. During his 3.5 years in Microsoft he worked at the Global Technical Support Centre in Bangalore where his primary role was to support customers in India, US & EMEA, on Office Communications Server 2007 deployments. Given his extensive knowledge and experience Jit had the privilege to deliver in-depth Office Communication Server 2007 training sessions both internally (to other Microsoft GTSC employees), and externally to premier clients like HP and Accenture.
Most recently, Jit spent about 1.5 years as a Senior Technology Analyst in the Technology Division of Goldman Sachs in India where he had the opportunity to experience enterprise IT from the enterprise/end user’s perspective. He was involved in the end-to-end life cycle of workplace/UC applications including design, implementation, integrated testing, operational support, business continuity planning and decommissioning. He was also involved in performing proactive performance monitoring, alert trending, capacity planning and risk management of applications and key infrastructure services. During his tenure, Jit was also a Lead Services Manager (for workplace/UC area) where he led a virtual team to implement/manage Office Communications Server 2007 infrastructure for several thousand users dispersed globally across the world.
