Jürgen's Bio:
Jürgen Pfeiffer is a Unified Communications Architect with expertise in UC Projects, Architecture, Project Management and Service Delivery Excellence.
Before joining Unify2 Europe GmbH, Jürgen was a UC consultant at Microsoft Germany for over four years with responsibility for planning, deploying, testing and migration of Office Communications Sever / Lync Server solutions as well as Exchange Server solutions for large enterprise customers. In this role, he developed custom UC enterprise strategies for accelerated adoption and deployment of UC solutions that enabled achievement of business goals for those enterprise customers. Jürgen also worked internally for the Microsoft UC Product Group to develop Technical & Sales Presentations, Product Whitepapers and content for Lync Ignite Trainings. He also was responsible for certifying partners as “Microsoft Voice Specialized”, conducting Partner Readiness trainings and co–engagements which improved the Office Communications Server / Lync Server partner products, documentation and overall partner quality.
Before joining Microsoft he was working at Siemens Business Services GmbH & Co KG in large infrastructure projects for enterprise customers. During his time at SBS he was part of the Siemens Workplace Architecture Team and worked for the Active Directory Forest Root. After that he was working as a consultant in very large and complex infrastructure projects. He also worked actively in Microsoft’s Partner Advisory Group for Unified Messaging during that time.
Jürgen completed an apprenticeship as consultant for Systems Integration and a degree in Marketing as Marketing Economist.
