Madan's Bio:
Madan helps shape Unify2’s business strategy and long-term business roadmap, and also leads operations for the company, including finance, legal, human resources, and other departments.
Madan was previously Chairman and Co-founder of Cordant, an enterprise Instant Messaging company focused on Instant Messaging reporting and compliance solutions. At Cordant he led several software product releases in the Instant Messaging archiving and reporting space, including Cordant’s IMScribe and IMConsole solutions for Microsoft Exchange 2000, Live Communications Server 2003, and Live Communications Server 2005.
Madan brings more than 30 years of Technology management experience, including almost a decade of experience at IBM and experience defining large enterprise IT and business strategy.
Madan has an M.B.A. from McGill University, an M. Tech. from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur, and a B.E. from the Delhi College of Engineering, University of Delhi.
