Research Shows Device Management for UC and WSC Workloads is Tedious and Difficult
This research reaffirmed issues that were first brought to light in the first version of this survey, conducted in 2017, and also uncovers a number of new IT and end user issues. Enterprises are not adequately addressing key communication and collaboration issues relating to endpoint device management. While IT managers are beginning to address these issues in a variety of ways, it isn’t as effective as they’d like.
