We’re incredibly excited to announce that Unify Square has been included in Gartner’s Cool Vendors in Unified Communications and Collaboration report. The inclusion in the Gartner Cool Vendor report is a powerful milestone for us, our customers, and our partners. Our efforts to help enterprises effectively and efficiently streamline the Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business capabilities of their end-users continues to set Unify Square apart in our unique niche of providing performance and operations monitoring and management software in the UCC marketplace. Nemertes Names Unify Square Top UC Vendor

If the Gartner award was not enough, Nemertes piled on as well. The UC analyst firm recognized Unify Square as a Top Vendor in their UCC 2018 Research Study: Total Cost of Operations & Vendor Ratings report, pointing to top customer sentiment ratings among Microsoft UCC customers using Unify Square for performance management, in addition to topping the charts for productivity increases generated with Unify Square tools. Released in April 2018, the report delivers insight into the real-world cost of unified communications and collaboration operations, and how IT leaders view their software solution providers.

“Productivity increase is a key success metric in evaluating any communications or collaboration tool,” says Robin Gareiss, president of Nemertes Research. “Productivity typically equates to time saved, which generates cost efficiencies. Compared to all other providers in the research, those using Unify Square for UCC management saw the largest increase in employee productivity, at 30 percent.”

According to the Gartner Cool Vendor report, “This year’s selection of Cool Vendors recognizes the user experience’s primacy in the digital workplace.” This aligns with Unify Square’s relentless focus on the end-user experience.
