Viewing and Troubleshooting UC Calls and Conferences in Real Time

A new feature in our popular PowerSuite Help Desk solution: users are now capable of viewing the information of “in-flight” calls and their analytics throughout the life of the call. Historically, call metrics and updates were only available at the end of the call. This functionality can help you view issues that occurred short term or to look directly at a VIP user’s call to help troubleshoot any connectivity issue they may be having. Help Desk improves the user experience and helps you manage UC services.
