Geoff is co-founder, Co-CEO and member of the Board of Directors of GCA Savvian, a Tokyo Stock exchange list investment bank. Geoff specializes in technology Mergers & Acquisitions with more than 28 years of investment banking experience in New York, Menlo Park and London.

Prior, he was senior managing director of Morgan Stanley technology merger group and Head of European Technology M&A. Geoff received his BA from the University of Southern California.

John Case is President and CEO of Unify Square. A seasoned leader and technology executive, John spent 18 years prior to joining Unify Square working at Microsoft, holding management roles in both sales and marketing.  Most recently at Microsoft, John spent four years as Corporate Vice President leading the global marketing, product management, and business teams for Office and Office 365.  During that period he led the rollout of Skype for Business and enterprise voice in the cloud.

Prior to Office, he spent four years as Vice President in the Microsoft Worldwide OEM Division in both Marketing and Sales.  Previously, John oversaw product management, sales, and marketing worldwide for all Microsoft developer and designer products, including multiple versions of the .NET Framework, Visual Studio, and Silverlight.  John also worked in the Windows Server product management team and was part of the team that launched Windows 2000.

Earlier in this career, John worked at Monitor Company, a leading strategy consulting firm, and at Verizon. He is a graduate of Williams College, where he completed a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, and Dartmouth College, where he completed his MBA.  In addition, John is an active angel investor and serves on the boards of numerous technology startups.

Thomas Volk (born in 1958, German national) graduated in Computer Science from the University of Karlsruhe in 1984. Until 2002, he worked at Hewlett-Packard in Germany, the United Kingdom, and the United States, in various roles, including Vice President Worldwide Sales. He was then appointed Executive Vice President of Sybase, before returning to Germany in 2006 as CEO at IDS Scheer.

In 2009, he co-founded the Timmaron Group in California, and in 2010 he became Chairperson of the Supervisory Board of P&I AG in Wiesbaden, Germany. The following year, he was appointed Chairperson of the Supervisory Board of SNP AG in Heidelberg, Germany. After a period managing Dell’s business in Germany, the United Kingdom and France, Thomas Volk was appointed CEO of Lumesse in the U.K. in 2013 and continued working there until the end of 2015.

Aziz is the CEO of CLEAResult, an industry leader helping the utilities industry and businesses achieve energy efficiency. Prior to CLEAResult, Aziz served as President of North America for Avanade, a technology consulting joint venture between Accenture and Microsoft. While at Avanade, he guided the firm’s global vision, investments, and alliances and oversaw the profitable growth of his business unit, doubling sales to more than $1.1 billion over the course of four years.

Aziz began his career as a consultant at Accenture, one of the world’s largest management consulting, technology services and outsourcing companies in the world. Over the course of his 23+ years at Accenture, he rose to become a global managing partner. As a recognized leader in management consulting, systems integration and information technology strategy, Aziz has a keen sense for recognizing new growth opportunities to ensure organizations are prepared for growth tomorrow.

Aziz holds degrees in mathematics and computer science from DePaul University.

Siddhartha Agarwal

As VP, Product Management and Strategy at Oracle, Siddhartha is responsible for division strategy and revenue growth (organically & inorganically) for the Oracle Cloud Platform (Platform-as-a-Service) and Fusion Middleware across all product lines globally ($4.5B+ business). Prior to Oracle, he held several leadership positions including WW Field Operations at Zend, VP of Sales at Solidcore Systems and Regional VP of Sales at Totality.

Siddhartha also founded companies such as Teamscape (acquired by Peoplesoft) and Contractor Online as VP of Engineering/CTO. He started his career at Oracle in development and as Director, Development built Oracle’s CRM eCommerce product, Internet Bill Presentment and Payment. Siddhartha holds a Master’s in Computer Science from Stanford University, a bachelor’s in computer science and economics from California Institute of Technology, and a bachelor’s from Grinnell College.

Sonu’s Chief Technology Officer role at Unify Square allows him to focus on driving the company’s technology strategy and assisting customers with their product roadmaps for enterprise communications.  As founding CEO, Sonu built Unify Square from scratch into a global company with an established Fortune 500 presence driven by its innovative Software-as-a-Service offerings.

Sonu has a B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he invented the first time optimal self-stabilizing spanning tree algorithms for asynchronous computer networks.   Sonu is a visionary in the enterprise communications space.  He invented the first enterprise Instant Messaging technology at his first startup Flash Communications which was acquired by Microsoft in 1998 to seed its real-time collaboration efforts.   Subsequently, as Group Program Manager in the Real-Time Communications product group at Microsoft, Sonu was instrumental in bringing to market Microsoft’s first Unified Communications offerings – Live Communications Server and Office Communications Server — the foundations of today’s Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business software applications.

Dr. Robert A. Young was president and chief executive officer (CEO) of Tessera (Nasdaq:TSRA), a world leader in semiconductor interconnect technology and digital imaging software for embedded cameras. Prior to Tessera, Young managed personal private equity investments in early stage technology companies through IRT, Inc., before which he was chairman and CEO of Curl Corporation, an MIT spinout developing Internet infrastructure software. Young was also the founding investor and board member of SanDisk (Nasdaq:SNDK), a world leader in flash memory.

Young was previously a senior partner and managing director at Dillon, Read & Co. Inc., an investment bank, where he had corporate finance responsibility for information technology companies, and for which he served as the managing general partner of venture capital funds from 1987 to 1994 investing primarily in information technology companies. He started his business career with IBM, where he held a number of management and executive positions in computer and software development, manufacturing and marketing.

Young served as a director of ATI Technologies (NASDAQ: ATYT), a leading producer of 3-D graphics and multimedia products, until 2006. He was an advisor to PolyTechnos, a European venture capital firm headquartered in Munich.

Young holds a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Delaware.
