Unify Square Helps Enterprises Move to Microsoft Teams

New Managed Service and Consulting Offerings Streamline End-User Intelligent Communications

Orlando, Fla. – March 12, 2018 – Unify Square™, the leading provider of software, consulting and cloud managed services for Skype for Business and Teams, today unveiled at Enterprise Connect new managed service and consulting offerings geared towards helping enterprises successfully transition to and thrive with Microsoft Teams.

The Unify Square Teams offering centers around 3 new services:

  • Teams Transformation Services™ — For organizations looking to understand when to begin the transition from Skype for Business to Teams, and then how to work through all the nuances of deployment and migration of the newest Office365 app. The Unify Square experts will focus on everything from business case analysis to governance and security considerations.
  • PowerSuite Cloud Managed Services™ for Teams — For organizations focused on the total turn-key administration and maintenance of Microsoft Teams, Unify Square will deliver the 24x7x365 complete support for all chat, conference calling and voice functions. An IDC study on the business value of managed services found that the average investment per organization was $274,326 per 100 users. With managed services, businesses saw a return on that dollar amount in under six months and an overall ROI of 224% according to a three-year ROI analysis.
  • Teams User Adoption Services — For organizations that need to accelerate and optimize the way their end-users are trained on Teams, focused on best practices. Services such as user training have proven to increase overall adoption of UC applications. In a recent industry survey, respondents noted that easy-to-use technology is most critical to ensuring employee adoption of UC applications (46%), followed by user training (30%).

Enterprises that have previously embraced Slack will find themselves forced to strongly consider a more ‘complete’ and full-bodied (particularly on the voice side) option. Similarly, IT professionals who had standardized on either Skype for Business or Cisco for their voice platform will be asked by their CIO’s to evaluate the Teams opportunity. Finally, for the Teams early adopters, who already enjoy many of the collaboration enhancements, there will be an increased set of questions regarding how to deal with issues associated with wholesales provisioning, unified communications monitoring, app management and especially team/channel “sprawl.”
