Therefore, we have technical and organizational measures in place to ensure that all personally identifiable information (PII) is protected appropriately. Unify Square continually monitors privacy law and best practices, updating our policies and procedures to be current with requirements such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We also participate in the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield programs. Unify Square is aware of the Schrems II ruling and has taken additional steps to address this change in EU privacy law.
